This policy explains which personal data this website collects, why we collect it and which cookies we use. It covers the ignifyr.io website only, not the Ignifyr software that you deploy in your own infrastructure.

Who we are
The controller of the personal data collected on this website is Pontegra Software Technologies B.V., Amsterdam, the Netherlands. You can reach us about privacy questions at ignifyr@pontegra.com.
Contact form
When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, subject and message. We use this information only to answer your request and to follow up on it. The legal basis is your request to be contacted and our legitimate interest in responding to it.
Your message is sent by email to our Ignifyr mailbox through Microsoft 365. It is not stored in a database on this website. We keep the correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and our follow-up with you.
To protect the form from spam, we use Google reCAPTCHA v3. When you submit the form, reCAPTCHA sends information such as your IP address and browser interaction data to Google to assess whether the submission comes from a person. Google's privacy policy and terms of service apply.
Cookies and similar technologies
Strictly necessary cookies are always active because the website and the contact form cannot work properly without them. Analytics cookies are only set after you accept them in the cookie banner.

We use Google Consent Mode. Until you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics does not set or read cookies on your device and receives only limited, cookieless signals. If you accept, Google Analytics collects usage data such as the pages you visit, your approximate location, and your device and browser type. We use this data to improve the website and do not use it for advertising. Google processes this data on our behalf and may transfer it outside the European Economic Area under appropriate safeguards.
Embedded content
Some pages embed content from third parties:
- YouTube videos are embedded in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and are only loaded from YouTube when you click play. YouTube may store information on your device once you start a video.
- Google Maps shows our office location on the home page. The map is only loaded when you scroll to it, and Google receives your IP address when it loads.
Changing your cookie choice
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time. Click the button below, or use the “Cookie Settings” link in the footer of every page. When you reject analytics cookies, we delete the Google Analytics cookies set on this website.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Where processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email ignifyr@pontegra.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, such as the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
